About Dr. Tatarian
Dr. Gevork Tatarian, “Dr. Level Up,” was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He received a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. He continued his medical education at the American University of the Caribbean, School of Medicine and graduated with high honors and was inducted to the Alpha Omega Phi Honors and Service Society.
After medical school, Dr. Tatarian began his surgical training and completed his internship at Baystate Medical Center, an affiliate of Tufts University School of Medicine. He then traveled to his native Southern California to complete his PGY 2 year at Loma Linda University Hospital.
Dr. Tatarian went on to complete the remainder of his residency where he served as Chief Resident at the University of New Mexico Hospital, the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the State of New Mexico. Upon completion of his residency, he earned Board Certification by the American Board of Surgery. He completed a cosmetic surgery fellowship accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, where he has performed over 800+ breast, body contouring, tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift and facial cosmetic surgery procedures.
In addition to being an exemplary surgeon, Dr. Tatarian leads an active lifestyle with emphasis on fitness and nutrition. He played competitive ice hockey and enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and working out. His competitive and well rounded nature along with his strive for perfection is portrayed through his work.
